Appointment cancellations

• A 24hr notice is required for cancellations and rescheduling

• Cancellations made less than 24hrs in advance may result in a 10% charge of the scheduled service

Late coming

• Running 15min late will result in an appointment cancellation on reschedule

Appointment no-shows

• If you do not show up for your appointment, we may require a non-refundable deposit to secure future appointments

• All treatment changes are subject to the nail technicians availability
